We hope that you are happy with every purchase.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days from the date you place your order; please note we do not accept returns after 30 days of placing an order.

1. Please fill in the contact form through the Contact page with your order number. 

We'll then send you an email with a prepaid shipping label. Please print out the label, and place it on the box; for label protection, cover the label with tape.

2. Package your return item in the original shipping 

box with all original packing materials. 

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

3. Drop off the box at your local UPS or USPS (depending on the shipping carrier) shipping facility.

4. Customer service will notify you by email when we have processed your return. We will issue the complete refund to the original payment method; a refund can take up to ten business days to show up in your account.
